This "efficiently run" hotel is "not luxurious" but it's "not a dump" either say those who like the "size of the rooms and their amenities"; the "willing-to-please" staff makes up for "so-so" food, while an indoor pool with a "beautiful" glass roof takes the sting out of a location that's "too far from anything to walk to" (except maybe a strip club); there's "easy access" to Downtown via car or free hotel shuttle, however.

Nice bathroom updates and comfortable bedding.
Interior elevator finishes were really worn and off-stage staff was highly visible in parking garage area.
It was okay. We have no complaints about the room itself. But,some of the staff seemed less than professional. Our stay was quiet and relaxing.

The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were quiet, and the staff were very friendly.
Could use better parking (more parking space) at the front of the building.
I would recommend this hotel. Reasonably priced, quiet, great location, and friendly staff.

Clean, comfortable, professional staff, and no glitches.
Underground parking was dark; hard to maneuver van.
As out-of-towners it helped us navigate Denver from Colorado boulevard, a major street with easy access to I-20 and I-70. City noises disappeared inside the hotel. We found quiet, comfort, cleanliness and a top-notch staff. If you are headed to the University of Denver or to productions at its magnificent Newman Center for the Arts this hotel is about as close as you could get, and a great Priceline value. ...read more

Nice comfortable rooms except for the beds.
Beds too hard, need new beds.
Reasonable rates and clean rooms and free parking. You would enjoy it but take a topper for the bed.
